  1. Interesting, but i have a doubt about MF assist on M42 adapter. As i know NEX MF Assist on E-mount lenses are trigger by the movement of the focus ring. Is it possible with M42 adapter can do the same way too? Or else. Myself almost click on BUY button in eBay with a m42 adapter and a leica lens but i stop because of the MF assist thingy. Hope you can help me to clarify on this. Cheers~

  2. MF Assist with manual focus lenses is done by pressing the button to the lower right of the screen. This magnifies the image 7x, and you can move it's location. Press it again and you get 14x magnification. It's very easy.

  4. hello,
just bought a adapter for my nex and a 35-105 mm zoom lens. but i get no magnification by turning the zoom-ring.
is it possibly that because of the additional length of the adapter there is no real zoom with that lens?

  6. i bought a M42 adapter, the lens is a prost multi zoom 35-105mm, everything in manual mode.

as i said: whichever ring on the lens i turn: no zoom.
    seems broken to me
